Ofcom Ofcom is the UK’s communications regulator.
Out-of-hours Times and days that are outside the normal working week.
Outcomes The likely or achieved short-term and medium-term effects of an intervention’s outputs.
Over-the-air (OTA) updates An over-the-air (OTA) update is the wireless delivery of new software, firmware, or other data to mobile or connected devices. Digital telecare and activity monitoring hub features can be remotely updated using a Device Management Platform (DMP). This allows new features and security updates to be deployed without visiting the property, saving time and avoiding inconveniencing the end-user.
